Position Summary:

Visual Design for Games introduces students to two- and three-dimensional design practices for analog and digital game design. Topics include wireframing, paper prototyping, card design, user interface design, object textures, and 3D modelling. By the end of this course students will be able create 2D and 3D assets for their analog or digital games.

• Working as an artist and/or animator for games in a professional capacity, with experience with open source and/or free 2D and 3D digital art creation tools such as Krita, Blender and Figma
• Experience instructing/mentoring students/learners in creating digital art, animation, and user interface (UI) design
